Meet the team at Fresh Inspirations Photography

Meet Melissa

If I’m not working, most likely you will find me playing and hanging out with my family.  I’m a mom, a wife and a daughter. I have two kiddos, a handsome 5 year old boy and a sweet 2 year old daughter. I love to read, however being the mom of two kids, I don’t get much reading time in these days.

I am most passionate about learning new things, bettering myself and being the best wife and mom I can be for my family. I found my passion for photography when my husband bought me my first DSLR camera for Christmas many years ago. It was our first Christmas together and we had just gotten engaged. My passion grew by having him by my side, believing in me, and encouraging me.

My passion for photography continues to grow to this day. I love capturing images of families and showing them how truly beautiful they are. I love creating portraits and albums that will become family heirlooms. Photography is a lot more than clicking the button on a camera for me, its about creating an experience and memory our clients will never forget.

 Meet Katie

Have you ever wondered what your purpose is in life? Many people spend a long time trying to understand their individual purpose in life. I was one of those people. I knew that I absolutely loved bringing joy and happiness in other’s lives, but what I didn’t understand was how to connect my love for people with my creative personality. Then, one day the light bulb turned on and I realized that photography was the perfect opportunity to utilize my creative skills and deliver an end result that brought joy to many people.

Now that I’ve shared with you why photography is my passion, here is a little bit more about who I am as a person! I am a boots and jeans type of girl who loves being in the outdoors. My favorite stress reliever is sitting on the deck in a rocking chair listening to Pandora radio while the wind blows through my hair and the sun glistens down on my skin.

My love for sweets is out of this world! I might need to attend a rehab program for my addiction to sweets and chocolate. You know it is a problem when you are sneaking off to the pantry to shove as many chocolate covered caramels in your mouth as possible before someone catches you! You’ll typically find me jamming out to country music, with my husband right next to me turning it up louder so he can drown out my not so amazing voice.

If you’d like to share lots of joy, happiness and laughter with us then head on over to our contact page and shoot us an email! We’d be happy to hear from you!
